For two years, I was employed as copywriter and brand strategist at the headquarter of ferm LIVING – back then, as one member of a small marketing team of three.
During my time as content manager at ferm LIVING, I wrote all product descriptions, sales materials, texts for packaging, press material, manuals, and catalogues, while developing the tone of voice and position on social media.
